“Let each asana be a conversation with your body, listening deeply to what it needs to thrive.”

One root. Taught plainly.

I teach Hatha and Kriya yoga and Ayurveda-informed practice in Rishikesh, on the banks of the Ganga.

The path

Not a career path. A quest for healing.

At fifteen

Namaste, dear friends. My journey into yoga began not as a career path, but as a personal quest for healing. At the age of 15, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis—a serious condition that modern healthcare couldn’t cure despite visiting numerous doctors. When conventional treatments failed, my father took me to Swami Karamveer Ji, a renowned yoga guru and Ayurvedic master in India.

In his words

“Yoga is not just a practice; it is a healing force that restored my life when modern medicine could not.”

Through yoga, we connect with our inner wisdom and discover that the body has an extraordinary capacity to heal itself when guided by ancient knowledge and proper practice.

What I teach

Hatha and Kriya yoga, breath and meditation, and Ayurveda-informed practice.

  1. Hatha and Vinyasa

Posture and breath, with the precision of alignment training at the B.K.S. Iyengar Institute in Pune.

  2. Kriya

Quiet and internal, in the Satyananda and Bihar School of Yoga tradition. Classical Kriya, not Western Kundalini.

  3. Breath and meditation

Pranayama, antar mouna (inner silence) and Yoga Nidra.

  4. Ayurveda-informed practice

Cleansing practices (shatkarma), daily rhythm and diet, drawn from my own study and my own recovery.

  5. The whole path

All eight limbs of Patanjali, not only postures. Mudra, bandha, mantra, and the map of chakras and nadis.
