At fifteen

Namaste, dear friends. My journey into yoga began not as a career path, but as a personal quest for healing. At the age of 15, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis—a serious condition that modern healthcare couldn’t cure despite visiting numerous doctors. When conventional treatments failed, my father took me to Swami Karamveer Ji, a renowned yoga guru and Ayurvedic master in India.

The ashram

Living near the ashram, I began daily practice under his guidance, combining yoga with Ayurvedic treatments. Drawn to the profound healing I experienced, I eventually moved to the ashram full-time, immersing myself in practice and serving through gau seva (cow service). After several years, my health was restored—a transformation that would forever change my life’s direction.

Rishikesh, then Asia

At my guru’s encouragement to formalize my knowledge, I traveled to Rishikesh where I completed a Master’s degree in Yogic Science followed by a Post-Graduate Diploma in Ayurveda and Naturopathy. My guru then guided me to share these teachings internationally, leading me to spend many years teaching across Asia—in China and Hong Kong—where I taught both modern and ancient yogic practices including Vinyasa and Hatha yoga.

I have led teacher trainings in Rishikesh since 2018.

Back to Kriya

Upon returning to India, I deepened my studies in Kriya and Kundalini yoga. This journey revealed my purpose: to share these transformative practices globally, particularly with those suffering from physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges. I chose Rishikesh—the land of rishis (sages) and Mother Ganga—as the perfect place to teach.

My founding principle is to blend ancient, authentic yogic knowledge with modern scientific understanding.

A complete science

“Yoga is not merely physical exercise — it is a complete science for understanding the body, mind, emotions, energy, and consciousness.”
