Write to me.
Ask about a training, a retreat, or where to begin. You will get a plain answer, even when it is “not yet.”
WhatsApp suits a short question. Email suits a longer one. Either way, a few lines about you help the reply fit you.

What to put in your message
Four short things. There is no form to fill in. Just write it the way you would tell a friend.
-
The program and the month
Which training or retreat, and roughly when you hope to come. If you are not sure yet, say so.
-
Your practice so far
How long you have practised, and what kind. It tells me where to begin, and whether a program fits you now.
-
Anything about your health
An injury, an illness, or a medicine you take. Yoga supports health. It does not replace medical care.
-
Where you are travelling from
Your country and the season you can travel in. It helps with the practical questions.
“A school that sells you an advanced practice without asking about your experience is selling, not teaching.”
